Service Depot arrives assembled, with a USB-C input and a circular phone-charging platform. Its arm is positioned by hand and holds a pose; it does not move automatically when a phone starts charging. First use is about confirming the correct power accessories, arranging the arm without obstructing the phone, and checking charging on the phone itself.
Keep the instructions supplied with your unit nearby. This guide covers the published setup facts; it does not specify an unconfirmed adapter profile or a range of motion for the arm's joints.
Inspect the package and choose a clear surface
The current packing list contains one assembled Service Depot unit. A power adapter and cable are not listed as included. Check your actual package and order information before assuming that a loose accessory or something shown in a gallery image is part of the purchase.
Place the unit on a stable, dry desk surface. Its listed dimensions are 13.8 cm long, 12.5 cm wide and 3–8 cm high, with slight variations possible because measurements are manual. Allow extra space for your phone and for the arm position you intend to use.
Before connecting power, look for visible damage and check that you have the instructions and correct power-accessory information. If something appears damaged or a part does not behave as expected, contact support instead of forcing it into position.
Confirm the USB-C power arrangement
The Service Depot product listing identifies the USB-C input. It does not establish a complete input-power profile or promise a particular USB charging protocol.
Use the manufacturer-recommended adapter and cable for the exact unit. If those requirements are absent from the package, obtain them from support before trying a spare adapter. A connector fitting into the port does not settle the electrical requirements. USB-IF distinguishes the USB-C connector from USB Power Delivery support in its official terminology guidance.
Route the confirmed cable so it can reach the port without tugging on the charger. Leave access to the connection for inspection and disconnection; do not bury it behind other desk objects before the first-use checks are complete.
Arrange the manual arm around the charging area

Choose a pose that leaves the charging platform and your phone's lifting path clear. Follow the supplied handling instructions, move parts gently and stop if you encounter unexpected resistance. The published specification does not give joint-angle limits, so do not try to reproduce an image by forcing a joint beyond comfortable movement.
The arm's purpose here is the model's adjustable display. An arm that stays where you put it is behaving consistently with a manually posable design. There is no automatic repair movement to enable, and a stationary arm is not evidence that the phone is failing to charge.
Check the phone rather than the pose
Confirm that your exact phone supports wireless charging, then follow its instructions for cases and attachments. Place it on the circular platform according to the unit's instructions and check the phone's charging indication.
If the connection does not start, avoid changing the power supply and the arm pose at the same time. First check the documented power connection and phone placement. Samsung identifies alignment and accessory interference as potential wireless-charging problems; use your own device's instructions for the appropriate checks. Samsung wireless-charging help
Our not-charging checklist helps separate a compatibility question from a placement or power question. A successful connection also does not establish a guaranteed charging speed; this guide makes no 20W phone-output claim.
For help, send the charger name, exact phone and case, adapter information and a clear description through Customer Help. A photo of the whole arrangement can show whether the arm, cable or nearby objects obstruct the phone. Do not open the charger or attempt electrical repairs.
