Before you order

Please confirm your delivery country, postal code, the product version, and any date by which you need the item. Do not rely on a delivery estimate shown for a different product or destination.

Any shipping charge available through checkout is shown before payment. Ask us about import charges or destination requirements if these are not clear from the order details.

Address changes

Check your delivery address carefully. If it needs correcting after an order, contact support with your order number as soon as possible. Whether an address can be changed depends on the order's fulfillment status.

Tracking and delivery issues

Use the tracking information provided for your order, when available. For a delayed, missing, or damaged parcel, contact support with the order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and take photos of visible damage if it is safe to do so.

If an order cannot ship within the time stated for it, we will contact you about the delay and the available cancellation or refund options. This page does not limit rights that apply under consumer law.
