Check compatibility before ordering

Confirm that your exact phone model supports wireless charging. Tell us which case and attachments you use, and check the specifications for the charger version you intend to buy.

Charging output, included accessories, lighting, sound, and movement should only be treated as included when they are confirmed for the listed version.

Setting up your charger

Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Use the recommended power adapter and cable, place the charger on a stable surface, and keep its charging area clear and dry. Position your phone as shown in the product instructions.

Do not force decorative or moving parts. If a product or cable is damaged, or behaves unexpectedly, stop using it and contact support.

If your phone does not charge

Check the supplied setup instructions, the power connection, and the phone's placement. Follow the phone manufacturer's guidance for cases and attachments during wireless charging.

If the problem continues, send us the charger name, phone model, case details, and the power adapter information. A photo or short video can help us understand the setup. Do not open the unit or attempt electrical repairs.
